Section 1

General Information

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the od69 platform and all of its users. By accessing the od69 website (https://od69.lat) or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to all of the following terms. It is therefore essential that you read these Terms fully and carefully before accessing or registering on the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for keeping the following information up to date at all times:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth
• Active email address and mobile number
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account)

If false information is provided, od69 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account at any time.

Section 3

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your od69 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is considered your responsibility, whether or not it was done with your permission.

3.1 Password Security

• Never share your password with any third party.
• Your password should not be easy to guess — use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

od69 supports only the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if account verification has not been completed or any unusual activity is ongoing, withdrawal may be temporarily delayed.

4.4 Payment Verification

The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the account holder. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, the transaction may be cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• An account cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — see the offer details for specifics.
• od69 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 Cashback & VIP Benefits

od69's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers is determined based on your gaming activity and contribution to the platform. The method for determining tiers is at od69's discretion.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

od69 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair play. Games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, JILI, and Ezugi are available on our platform. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on od69. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and related funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Disrespectful, harassing, or intimidating behavior toward other players or staff
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Providing fraudulent identity information

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts
• Disrespectful behaviour towards staff
• Evidence of age or identity fraud
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you are experiencing problems with gaming addiction, you may request to temporarily or permanently suspend your account. This is a responsible gaming feature and we take it very seriously.
